A unique biodegradable mixture of soaps and surfactants blended in a manner that enables it to be used as a neutral soap or as a high speed maintainer. Foaming is held to a minimum by special surface tension reducing agents. Can be used as a neutral cleaner that will emulsify or dissolve normal soils from the surface of floor finishes without attacking the floor finish itself.
